Our Story
James Construction Company is owned and operated by Todd James. Prior to beginning JCC, Todd gained over 25 years of roofing, construction, and insurance claims experience while working as a Senior Claims Rep for the nations largest homeowners insurance carrier. He has worked across the United States and has managed damages ranging from Catastrophic hail and wind storms, EF5 tornadoes, forest fires, and hurricanes. He has seen nearly every possible way to damage a residence. And most importantly, how to repair, replace, and/or make your house whole again. His experiences support his expertise in home evaluations and damage determinations.

If you have damage to your home, we will show you what we’ve found and assist you in the way forward. If we complete an inspection and do not find damage, we will tell you exactly that.
