Who We Are
Prior to James Construction Company, Todd gained over 25 years of roofing, construction, and insurance claims experience while working as a Senior Claims Rep for the nations largest homeowners insurance carrier. He has worked across the United States and has managed damages ranging from Catastrophic hail and wind storms, EF5 tornadoes, forest fires, and hurricanes. Todd has seen nearly every possible way to damage a residence. More importantly, he understands how to repair, replace, and/or make your house whole again. His experiences support his expertise in home evaluations and damage determinations.
Roofing Experts
We provide homeowners with a detailed inspection of their home’s exterior and roofing system. The weather in the Midwest can be hard on building materials. For true peace of mind, your property should be inspected at least twice a year. We recommend an inspection once in the Spring and again in the Fall. This ensures your roof and home are ready for the next season to come.
